White cauliflower among the cauliflowers it is this white variety that has the most delicate taste, reaching considerable size at the same time – up to 5kg, yet is it harvested when it weighs 1-1.5kg. Cauliflower belongs to the cabbage (brassicaceae) family. It is a vegetable which easily adapts to various climatic conditions. Due to its delicate taste it can be consumed raw, or – after quick and short cooking – as an addition to diverse salads.
